Scott Smith and his family recently moved to Scottsdale AZ, on 24 acres and a $6M ranch home, with 6 horses.

Scott Smith, CEO of Life Insurance Brokers Group, created a $100,000 per month Executive Coaching business for insurance agents.

Scott began his journey by helping and training other insurance agents transform into leaders and then help them manifest sustainable changes. Scott had no prior coaching experience; he just has a burning desire to impact people's lives to become successful in their careers. His journey to success wasn’t always easy. His inspiring story is proof that anyone can overcome any challenge, despite any circumstances.

Before Scott's success, he had many failures along the way. "It turns out that trying again and again only works if you learn from your previous failures. The idea is to work smart, not hard. I had to figure out what worked and what didn’t, and then focus on what needs to be improved instead of thrashing around and changing everything”. Once I developed a growth mindset, I started to thrive on challenge, and don’t see failure as a way to describe myself. I WILL, I MUST attitude towards anything in life has given me the knowledge to believe in myself and trust my instinct. I now know my purpose in life."

Scott says the secret to his success was taking certified Executive Coach Training Classes. "Without the tools, and the knowledge provided by the training course, and their coaches, there's no way I would be able to make the income that I'm earning, which is about $5,200 per day as an Executive Coach." For Scott, knowledge is King, and he says that "Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing."

Why did you become a coach?

"I've always had a passion to empower people, and inspire them. My burning purpose is to help people achieve results to become their best self.  I love to push and create a path to personal growth, with lasting success. Coaching is my passion and my purpose. I am a mentor, a motivator and a game-changer. I inspire and motivate people to live their best life, and I love being part of the transformation when lives become better."

How much did you invest to become a coach?

"Just like with any training or school, you have to invest in yourself if you want to be successful in the business you are pursuing. I wanted to make sure I was getting CTA Certified and the best training possible. I invested $3,900 on my tuition to become a certified coach. I know that doesn't sound like a lot of money for this type of career, but the course I found was Coach Training Alliance and it  was the right choice for me. I would have easily paid more if I had to. Now, I'm making $26,000 per week, working 5 days per week, so yeah it was definitely worth it."

How long have you worked as a coach?

"I started training other insurance agents in 2020 online, however I wasn't seeing a big improvement in their personal sales performance. Six months later, that's when I decided to enroll in a coaching course. Now as a professional certified coach, I officially have been working and building my private practice for the past 11 months."

How much do you charge your clients?

"My executive coaching is a package deal, each client pays a monthly fee for 6 to 12 months. I usually coach 3 to 4 clients per day, at 3 sessions each week per client. My packages are $3,500 that each client pays to enroll into my program. I cap my coaching at 30 clients per month. Right now, I'm booked up all through 2023 and cannot take on any more new clients."

Why do you love being a coach?

"Executive Coaching is about individual planning, goal setting, and achievement in the context of leadership performance. It’s also about personal discovery and enlightenment. It is about realizing one’s full potential, which in turn, benefits the organization. Executive Coaching can provide dramatic short-term impact for companies. But the reality is that it will take from 6-12 months of quality coaching to manifest sustainable changes. Those that tell you that it can be done quicker are selling themselves rather than sharing a reality."

Which coaching school do you recommend and why?

"Before I signed up for a coaching course, I wanted to make sure it was the right one for me, and after careful research the Coaching Training Alliance was the perfect fit. Most coaching schools are about $10K to $20K to enroll. So, when I found out Coaching Training Alliance was only $4K for tuition, it was a no brainer.

Coaching Training Alliance runs six-month-long coaching courses and is broken up into five-hour sessions. The course teaches new coaches how to set up their own businesses, build their client funnel, and the best way to market their services. You get access to both group and one-on-one sessions with a personal coach. This course is a great fit for you if you want to focus on the business and marketing of coaching to attract clients an make a healthy income. They taught me the secret sauce!"

I would only recommend Coaching Training Alliance if you are seeking to be any of these niches: Mindset and accountability coach, Health and fitness coach, Small business coach, Relationship coach, Career coach, Life coach, Parenting and family coach, or Executive coach."
