If you are using a landline number that cannot receive text messages and prefer a phone call, one of our licensed Field Underwriters will contact you directly.

You hereby authorize our licensed brokers, agents, and/or field underwriters affiliated with Life Insurance Brokers Group to contact you via text message, email, or phone call. Please note: your personal information is never sold, shared, or distributed to any third-party vendors outside of LifeInsuranceBrokersGroup.

It is important to understand that signing this authorization is not a condition for receiving insurance services. You are under no obligation to purchase any insurance product.

If, after receiving a quote, you decide not to proceed, your information will be securely deleted and you will not receive further contact.

Your chosen insurance product(s),

Changes in pricing guidelines from the insurance carrier.

For example, applying for life insurance just before your birthday but completing payment afterward may result in a higher premium due to age-based pricing changes. Your rate is not finalized until you have signed the insurance contract and paid the initial premium.
